Again you just illustrate my frustration by confirming that they have an ever changing list of "we dont grade that anymore".
There is a reason why they have a Grader job, they are supposed to be the experts. I shouldnt have to send a pack inserted autograph card or autograph card that did not come any other way (1998 Elway Penpals) to a different company (JSA) with a questionable past on grading themselves to get the service Ive paid for and received by the same company less than 6 months prior.
Its becoming a joke.
