My presumption is you were looking at the graded card form and seeing " Shipping Acc number" which stands for " Shipping Account Number" and is used by people or businesses who have taken the time to get their own account numbers with Fedex,,,, you can get your own account # and be billed directly by Fedex if desired,,, sign up is easy on FedEx website,,,, BGS now delineates "handling" charges from "shipping" charges for that exact reason,,,,,, EVERYONE will pay the handling fee,,,, but not everyone will pay the shipping fees if they have their own Fedex accounts,,,, Make more sense now ??
