How and when do this pick someone to become the next Bowman Scout? Does anyone know? I would love to do this more than anything. I dont have much to look farword to in life other than work and my wife so this would be amazing to have a project.

I do a lot of prospecting on my own already. Just happens to be mostly in the Yankees lower levels. But do get to catch some good guys coming up in the Florida state league.
