Topps short prints
Greetings All,
I'm hoping for some expertise from you. Is there an easy way or best method in discovering if you are in possession of a Topps short print version of the card?
I know that the price guide gives a description, but am curious if there are any special markings on the cards themselves.
Thanks for any help.

For the regular Topps sets the backs are almost always the same so you have to go with the description of the front of the card. (E.g. #a normal, #b celebrating with teammates).
For Heritage a complete list is available on a website called sportscardradio where they give you visual references.

If you look on the back of the newer cards, at the very end of the copyright and legal info in small print, you'll see a code number. Every base card in a set has the exact same code number, and all the SPs will have a different one.

I used Sports Card Radio, but I can't find the exact article.
I collect Dirk Hayhurst.
