Redemption excitement, then minor disappointment
So I get the mail, and in it I see a small package from the company that sends out the topps redemptions. I get excited and open it and inside is:

Not a bad card by any means, but I redeemed just a few weeks ago. I had 2 others pending that I redeemed months ago. The other 2 I was really looking forward to having in hand. I think when you see what they are you'll understand why the Victorino was a slight letdown.

Yes, redemptions are the devil spawn...
The expiration dates on your redemption cards are the actual ship dates for the cards..
I am kidding, but I have waited over a year for some redemptions, then have to get a replacement. How can this be at all legal..I do not know..

I'm sure Victorino has plenty of time on his hands right now to churn out his redemption obligations for Topps. Hopefully the Yankees players will be joining him at the signing table by the end of the week. (ha ha).
