ive been wanting to get some cards graded, but have had some questions about the process.

1. i understand its $10 per card, but how is the shipping determined?? do i have to include return shipping???
2. the cards need to be in top loaders. can the top of the top loader be taped???
3. should the cards be mailed in a small box or a padded envelop??
4. can autographed cards be graded?? ive seen some mem cards graded but i havent seen any graded auto's.

any help would be greatly appriciated. thanks.
