Chris Economaki passes away
He was the voice of many generations of race fans.
Chris began reporting on racing at the age of 14 and even wrote a column called the editiors notebook for over 50 years. He was called the dean of american motorsports. Chris benefited from an age when maxx put everyone in their sets. This is how he has 9 trading cards available. None of them over 2.00 I was fortunate enough to have him sign one a few years ago.

RE: Chris Economaki passes away
That's a shame. How old was he and what caused his death? I assume it was a natural cause or disease b/c I'm sure you would've mentioned it otherwise.
R.I.P. Mr. Economaki. Always looking for: Ozzie Smith/Stan Musial/Lou Brock/STL Cardinals, NFL-CAR/GB/NE and NASCAR-Jimmie Johnson/Mark Martin
