I have a Topps redemption that I am waiting for. Now the web site says pending. What does that mean?

Are you sure it didn't always say pending? I'm pretty sure all the ones I'm waiting for say "pending"

That means it can shiop tomorrow or 2015..I am not sure they know and mark everything pending..since they got rid of the shipped date it is a crap shoot as far as when the cards arrive.
I am still waiting for 2010 Finest and 2011 Topps chrome redemptions..
It is a nightmare trying to figure out if you are getting the card or when
