I am just wondering what he CS stands for. I know TAR = Target and WM = Wal Mart. Not sure meaning of CS. Thanks

It means color swap.

Color Swap, does that mean it is in Black and White instead of a Color Picture of the Player
Nope, color swap is the colors on the bottom of the card and in the small picture.

If the regular card has a blue circle and red border, the CS will have a red circle and blue border. It's hard to catch the switch sometimes and I've double corrected myself trying to remember which is CS and which is normal.
