Need help! I've lost two in a row, contemplating a trade, I would give up Eli Manning and Calvin Johnson for RG3 and AJ Green. What do you think?

Couple questions here....

L1: Start Andrew Luck @ GB, Andy Dalton @ Miami, or Peyton Manning @ NE?

Also, My two starting RB's are Reggie Bush and Steven Jackson, but I feel like I should get Stevan Ridley to replace one of them... which one should go?

Dalton @ Miami, if I had to pick between the 2...then replace Jackson.
