Check all box in PM does not check all

Check all box in PM does not check all
On the far right of private messages (inbox, sent, trash) is a box that says "check all" next to Date/Time Sent. Clicking this only puts a checkmark in that box and does not select all of the messages. I am using firefox browser and have not tested any others.

I second that.....please fix this it cannot be that difficult.....It is So annoying to have to click each and every message to make room in my inbox.......then I have to do it all over again in my sent folder and then again in the Trash can........sheesh get with the times of select all............................

um, you dont have to click each one. you can just use folder management to delete the messages from each folder. easy peasy

Right. Look for: Inbox | Compose Message | Manage Folders | Empty Folders | Download Messages
Click on Empty Folders and make one check mark to delete all. Currently collecting A-Rod, Jeter, Cano, Mauer and Trout.
