As everyone know I do enjoy sending things out for TTM autos as well as collecting Pittsburgh Penguins game worn items. Well, last night the two kinda blended together!!!

I received an email from a address I didnt recognize. I opened it up and read it.......then had to re-read it a couple of times just to make sure I had read it right!!!!

It was a personal email from none other than MARTY McSORLEY!!!!!

He said he had received my items and had sent them back out signed for me. He had seen my link to my game worn collection that I had listed on the letter to him and asked me if I would be interested in working a deal for his RC Penguins jersey!!! WOW!!! How cool would it be to be able to get a game worn RC jersey DIRECTLY from the player!!!

I hope I am able to work it out with him I think it would be a very unique add!!!! Its just awesome that I received an email from him personally as well!!

Holy cow! That IS an amazing thing to happen! A huge congrats to you, and kudos to Marty for the stellar offer. I have my opinions on him, but they will remain quiet in this thread. Amazing!!! Also, congrats on the brilliant adds to your card PC!

I know of his past Randi, but before that fateful last 3 seconds of the game...he was one of the best enforcers in the game....

I always enjoyed watching him as he was able to play both as a forward and in the defensive role....

Really cool Hugh!!! I hope that you are able to work something out with McSorley. That would be a really cool add to your GU collection. Love the McEachern auto puck and the Vitale adds, so many to chase from Prime and now with the Cup coming out we may have to fight over the Despres/Vitale dual shield . Aw man, you are so lucky to get communication from such players off of your favorite team. And definitely go for the rookie jersey, nothing cooler than to acquire a GU item from the player belonging to the item as well!
