When I got back into the swing of things last week I noticed numerous issues with the BGS entry forms,,, I let the powers that be know of them and they appear to be working to correct the deficiencies to make things easier on people,,,,

Change # 1 has occurred this weekend,,,, I was very happy to see the speed it was corrected

ISSUE: payment details section not allowing any form of entry besides credit cards. This conflicts with the BGS standard methods of payments going all the way back to 1999.

SOLUTION : Payment method was changed and expanded so that similarly to the OLD system you can now choose between credit card and money order/checks,,,





Change # 2 I hope should be coming soon,,,,,

ISSUE Manual entry of items not available to online system

SOLUTION Allow for manual entries,,,

Here is hoping they will allow the manual entries as it appears the database cannot keep up with the product releases due to manufacturer variations ( deliberate on the manufacturers part),,,,, Beckett's pricing guys are like everyone else-- its a major undertaking to verify every variation or list that pops up ,,,,,and invariably the cards are submitted days after release for grading--- when pricing hasn't even been able to look online for verifications of lists they have already and/or of immediate variations they notice online,,,,,,, HENCE-- Allow for the manual entry ability,,,, and understand there will be add ons required AFTER the fact for peoples stuff,,,, just the nature of the beast,,,

I "believe" there is just no way to get an absolutely perfect BGS entry system where the database is perfect even a month or two after release,,, I think it always comes down to verifying changes shown to be provable in the markets,,,, that only occurs over time,,, and they can always tweak the stuff well after releases,,,,

Just a heads up on those 2 changes I believe they will make,,,

Okay looks like Part 2 is now handled,,,,

You can now force an entry in like the old days manually,,, see screen print below,,,, ,

Now if I can just get them to fix the registry
