My collection value does not work.
I push both the Beckett value and collection value and it comes up $0.00 how do you make it work?

Do you have a quantity of each card filled in the "HAVE" column?

As Ceo said, you need to have an active online price guide for the sport(s) you want the total on. For multiple sports in your organize, you will need to have total access for your true total.
