I just pulled a 2012 press pass fanfare Billy Winn card. The back of the card is FF-BW2 but the front is serialed to 99. According to beckett the FF-BW2 should be to 83 and the FF_BW1 should be to 99. So is this just a typo on beckett or what?

Yes if its the Bronze version it would appear its a typo on Beckett's part.
