Damaged BGS case

I own several bgs graded cards and noticed that one of them developed a crack on the front interior wall of the case. I keep these cards in the same box that I got from beckett and have never dropped any of them. It started out small and seems to be growing (sort of like when your windshield gets a crack). Anyways I need to get it fixed for fear that it may damage the card inside. How much will it cost?

I'm not sure if it is, but it should be free IMO.

Just note on the regular form that it's a reslab for a cracked case. Put $5 as the cost.
