I'm not sure if they are still using their telemarketers in the Phillipines as they did several years ago, but the girl that called me was awful, sticking to her script like an annoying 1990's AT&T rep. I can't think of anything less credible to a serious collector than an outsourced telemarketer in another country who knows nothing of the hobby. That said, there's a pretty good rep in NY who reached out to me via email and I was able to negotiate a decent deal with him. I have also been able to do the same with the grading team here locally in Dallas.
