Just won this auction but was wondering why these cards are so expensive? I know I should have asked before bidding but needed the card. Any help is appreciated.

Think those were the 7 card packs that ran about $500.00 a box (pack). I'd say you did good at those prices.

They were released as inserts in 2010 Upper Deck Series 1, and were suposed to be released in the rest of their products for that year. After legal trouble, they couldn't make the rest of them, so nobody knows how many actually got released. They were case hits at the time too.

+1 yup. Even if an Exquisite card had a print run of say 75, a very limited amount are actually out there. When they pop up on ebay, they sell really well
