Find a study/work routine that works for you and stick with it. After a rough first semester, I found that forcing myself to take breaks while studying (30 minute nap, walk, quick visit to Beckett, etc.) actually helped me retain what I had just studied better. Gives your brain a break and a chance to better digest what you just took in.

You may of heard this from the older generation.. but make school COUNT!! I spent mine partying and looking for girls.. it was a great time.. but Im thirty now.. going back to school with a crap job! go to school do good, get a good job so you can afford CASES!!!

Don't be afraid to drop a class if you just aren't getting it. You can always retake it the next semester. Sometimes a study group can help for a particularly tough class. Find some people in your class and ask if they want to get together.
