Im looking to pick up a Brees mini helmet and run across a few that were "authenticated" by GAI...im going to post a few pics.
im obviously staying away from the GAI ones...just wanted opinions.
the one i want to buy has Brees' personal hologram...needless to say the other two dont.

yeah GAI had a big scandal years back and I guess it still has not been sorted out. This is the reason I only but PSA/JSA authentications in the shop ( which some of those are still bad) and I have my best buys when its unauthenticated and I do my own research.

agreed chad....my jersey is psa/dna certified along with his holo.
every non card i have autoed by him has his holo, so i dont really think twice when i see a non authenticated item but has his holo

My DRC jerseys are GAI certs but only one is borderline suspicious

GAI is so hit and miss. Unless you saw it signed and had them authenticate it then I would not go near it. Throw in the known scandal. However even Jimmy Spence had to straighten his ship out or he was headed to the clink
