T206 card auction question
Seen one that I was eyeing up ending soon, so I looked up completed auctions and noticed that the one I was watching had the SAME EXACT pictures on it taken from an auction by Lelands from 2 weeks ago of the same exact card.
The seller was not the high bidder, nor does he describe the condition in the listing.
Here is his:

and here is the Lelands auction:

Would you guys trust this seller?

Well, it looks like it's gone now anyway but to answer your question, I would NEVER trust a seller who is using someone else's photo.
This actually sounds very familiar and I might PM you later on with a link to another forum thread as, if I recall correctly, someone purchased something from a seller and the item he received was NOT the one in the photo. I just have to find the thread though. After doing some research, that person found that the seller he purchased from stole the image from one of lelands ebay auctions.

RE: T206 card auction question
OK I couldn't find the thread, but I know someone was doing that with another one of lelands cards and the buyer ended up getting a reprint in, instead of the legit card used in the auction. And yes, it was blatantly NOT the card that was shown in the listing.

Yea....I got outbid at last second. Glad I did now.
Guy has 100% feedback, but still cant trust it if you are talking a 100 year old card and he is not using his own photo for it.
