Is there anyone out there that can tell me exacally what this card is? The number on the back is M 21 and I believe it is from the 1995-96 or 1996-97 Topps Finest set, however I cant find it in the OPG at all. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

That's a 95-96 Finest Mystery Borderless Refractor.

Love that set.

All I did is search Hakeem m21.

Whats on the bottom to identify the refractor from the regular card?

The 95-96 Mystery Finest didn't say Refractor on the back. I think that started in 96-97, but this set definitely didn't have it - that would have taken the mystery out of it.

I said yours was a Refractor based on your scan.
