I have a card that Beckett has incorrectly labeled. Beckett offers to fix it at no charge. I return the card, doing everything that Beckett says in the eMail. Then the card comes back still with incorrect information. Beckett has been very nice and apologetic about it, but after sending it back 3 different times, and still no luck, I'm spending more on shipping than the card is worth.

There is a similar promo from April 2004.

(I think the problem is that the April Promo is listed in their organize and the August promo is not.)

One option try and go to one of their shows, or BGS directly, no shipping. that way you can tell them to their faces what it is suppose to be.
Otherwise maybe make a big note? saying what it is? wrap it around the card so they cant miss it.
