So am I filling the BGS graded form correct?
This is my first time sending in a card to be graded. I just randomly grab a cheap card to test it out first.
I'm mostly concern about this section "Calculating $ to be paid to BGS" Did I fill it out correct? I add $2 for every autograph card right? Attached image shows what I have filled out so far..thanks ![[Image: bgsformsample.png]](http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/842/bgsformsample.png/)

You filled it out correctly, if you do it electronically however it fills in just about everything for you.
