Sold this card on 6/10 for 121.00 -- had to open a non payer case, and the guy never paid

I had to relist it, it sold for 80 less dollars to the SAME guy - just another account -- and he actually paid this time.

Is there anything I can do in terms of not selling it to this guy - just ticks me off because it was to benefit my churchs missionaries in Uganda...

Wow, I would contact ebay and ask if you could cancel the persons bid because he has already not paid for one auction. When listing cards, you can select the choice to limit what persons' can/can't bid on auctions. Hopefully you will get a nice customer service rep. Good Luck!

Call eBay and explain that a non-paying bidder has opened another account and have them banned. Email the bidder and politely explain that you will be giving them a full refund because they did not pay the first time, and that you have notified eBay.
