So to Submit my order I have to pay with a credit card? I don't see any "Submit" button that will just allow me to submit the order, print the details, and allow me to place a money order later

I only Pay by credit card when I'm subing cards for cross over. When I sub raw cards I Pay by check. Of course, I do in-person submissions.

Initially the new system screwed me up as well,,,, you can no longer use the "electronic submission" form unless using some form of electronic payment now,,,,

You need to use the "Print Submission form(pdf)"

Enter the order exactly as you would have in the past with the electronic,,,, it will allow you to print the form once completed without entering payment info,,,,,
