Hello Beckett Community and let me start off by saying Hello. This is my first post ever but I have been eyeballing this place for a year on and off.

I need peoples help to identify these photos. I purchased a huge lot of cards at a swapmeet with roughly 10+ boxes probably 14-16inches long, 2 duffel bags, 4 old reebok shoe boxes for 80bucks. I suspect this was someones collection? The guy I bought them from buys Lots/Auctions/Garage Selling anything to turn a profit so his knowledge isn't as expanded on this when we talked and plus I've known the guy for 2-3years and its the first time I've seen him with cards so I jumped on it. There are some sets, some commons ( alot to be exact ) but none the less still has a lot of neat stuff in this.

I am trying to figure out what these are. These photos were wrapped individually in this tissue paper like thing, inside a zip-lock, inside a wooden box inside 1 of the Shoeboxes . I suspect this is some guy's personal photo hobby? or are these some type of Master Photos? I've been an amateur photographer both film/digital for the past 8years and have never seen anything like this.

IMO: The numbers on the right, based on the gap between the numbered series tells me there could be other photos from this lineup? best photos I can get at the moment.

Here is a breakdown of the photos. I was considering of doing the new beckett photo grading but not sure if it would be worth it considering I have this many photos. I mean I dont want to spend that kind of money on some dude snapping photos of his poster but I've searched for hours, endless days for almost 2 weeks and have not seen these images of any of these players in these Pose's. Maybe you guys have?

The backside of the Miami Hurricanes shows: "ATLANTIC#51181295 1121 41152" - seen similar print when I used to get my photos developed by a machine. Are these 1st print runs of a set which is why they are numbered? Later to determine which ones look best or what need work? I only say this because I've had to do many proof runs before with my photography and I have friends who also do paid illustration work and its similar to story boarding type sequence.

Trying to get my scanner up and going today is my goal.

Wow... Talk about timing. Okay so I got home today and searched Ebay 1 more time and bam.. The Dan Marino Poster pops up right ontop. Past week or two I passed so many Marinos I was getting tired.

Another member had suggested these were Promo's to CardShops. Sounds really good theory but another question is with so many card shops around the US why aren't there many more of these Promos Out there?

It's been a pleasure browsing and reading so many threads on this site, I've come to love it more everytime I dig into peoples PC Threads
