The prison will protect him to cover their azz but dont be surprised if a guard "accidently" leaves a door open or "accidently" lets another inmate out at the same time and he is beaten or stabbed to death. He will end up like Jeffrey Dahmer as in being beat to death with a mop handle or something similar.

+1. It may take the inmates a few months to figure out how to get to him but prison justice will be served on this dirtbag.
