Grading question-surface bubble-how much effect grade?
I have a card Ive been wanting to send in.
Upon closer inspection I thought I seen a very tiny scratch.
Apparently its a surface bubble from the UV coating(I could feel it bump off the surface) . It is very tiny and perfectly straight (which is why I thought it was a tiny scratch) so overall, how bad will this effect the surface grade and overall grade?
