Ok now I am PISSED! I was looking at some new stuff listed on ebay and saw a Keapernick limited letter like the one I bought #ed out of 10. So I take a good look at the supposed 1/1 I bought and its #ed out of 10! These morons post in their main heading that its a 1/1 and the fine print he says"You are bidding on the card in the title-MACHINE NUMBERED #4/10,BUT A REAL 1/1 BECAUSE IT IS THE 4TH LETTER IN HIS NAME WITH 10 LETTER IN HIS LAST NAME(4/10),THIS ISN'T A MANUFACTURED LETTER BUT YET A REAL WORN LETTER FROM HIS ROOKIE JERSEY!!!!!!!!." I HATE THESE MORONS! ITS NOT A 1/1 YOU ***** BAG! sorry for venting... I think I will open a case for a misleading title. Thoughts?

You're well within your rights to ask for a refund. If the seller refuses, then open a case. It's selling an item with misleading information, so the case will go in your favour.

E bay is a nightmare. It's his jersey number so it's a 1/1. It's numbered 1 of 250 so it's a 1/1. It's numbered 250/250 so it's a 1/1. No it isn't!!

Well with those it's tricky because it's numbered to 10 because of his last name. But that is technically a 1/1 because it's the real patch. People do consider those 1/1's so I wouldn't be upset if I were you. That card is a 1/1. Great price too!

Some collectors consider those 1/1's. I'm not one of them, it is numbered to 10. Every patch comes from somewhere and the only thing making it a "1/1" is the fact that it's a complete letter. So if it's only part of a letter it's a 1/10. That's how I see it at least. But to each their own.

I agree with your way of thinking. Even though its not numberd 1/1, "technically" it is. Also, is'nt there a bit of responsability on the part of the buyer to actually read the description before they bid? A lot of people bid jus from looking at all the pretty pictures. I dont think its fair for the seller to have to refund because of buyers remorse. Yes, the way the seller listed it in his description was misleading, but still.... READ before you bid.

The title was not correct. It should have said blah blah blah #4/10 1/1!! That is the misleading part. regardless it shouldnt have said 1/1 in the title without having the /10 part...
