Highland Mint-Card Juan Gonzalez

I got this from a friend when I purchased about 20 boxes or so of early 90's stuff from him. Found it under everything and I've never seen anything like it before. Its almost like a printing plate but far heavier and comes with a letter of authenticity from the highland mint and mlb. Anyone have a clue as to what its worth?

search the price guide for "highland mint juan gonzalez". Depending on which one it is you've either got a good find or a REALLY good find.

the book shows /365 and /1800(ish) his cert. shows /5000 would u just go with the closest?
