LCS rant

How many LCS' don't accept cards for store credit or even offer to buy any cards? My LCS won't do either saying he has over 200,000 cards and it won't help him anyway....
Collect Braun, Hamilton, Bautista, Posey, Stanton, Kemp, and Hart
Seral #, RC, GU , and Auto's Trading. In your favor for auto rc's 
My LCS is the same way. I think it's just pure laziness. Put those cards online instead of collecting dust, that's what I would do.

Maybe he doesnt have enough people buying singles to make it worth his time / money. Why buy stuff you cant sell?

Not being smart but why would someone give you say $20 store credit for a card that might only bring them $10 down the road ?
This isn't the 80's anymore where prices virtually stayed the same for months sometimes even years. Today's hobby is all about flipping for the maximum profit right when a product comes out and then the prices usually nose dive a couple months after that. |
