looks like a broder card
This is a broder-style card. Easiest way to tell is that there is no Copyright information anywhere on the card. The card was probably made in the early to mid-90s when the SAMPLE/PROTOTYPE craze was going strong and broder-style cards were being produced with a notation of PROTOTYPE or SAMPLE to try and sell even more of the cards.
