YES! Got a second chance and nailed it!
Okay, so there was a DRC dual auto #d out of 10 that I had wanted but this guy on the bay kept starting the bidding at $19.99 and $29.99 so I contacted him and said, "Hey, I'll give you $15 for it since it isn't selling." He politely turned it down. I checked the completed listings the other day and he had put it up for $9.99 starting bid and the winner won with one bid
 I had missed my chance.
