I entered into a trade with a new member and waited for him to send first. Well the trade was agreed on and accepted on the 4th of May! Still no cards. Have been getting the run around and multiple excuses but he cant provide me with a DC # after telling me its been shipped multiple times??? How do I dispute this trade and have this trader blocked or a MSF put on so he doesn't do it to others???

Yeah that's the best thing to do. Contact one of the moderators, explain the situation and tell them who it is you are trading with. They will then contact that person to try and get the trade sorted.
