If by rare you mean like less then 10 copies then no it's not rare. I am guessing you pulled it out of a Target blaster? I think the run is less then 100.

Not sure. You might try and call Press Pass, they will atleast answer the phone to tell you if they know or not, lol.

So, are the Magenta cards in the Target boxes and Cyan cards in the Wal-mart boxes? All that I have pulled from the boxes I got from Wal-mart are the Cyan ones, one in each box, I have not seen any cards in the Target near me yet.
