yep i am the Penny card guru and know some other Penny guru's all over the world and we have no idea where this particular card came from but i am very confident it has a print run of less than /25.This looks very similiar to the pack inserted 1998-99 UD Encore Michael Jordan Authentics Auto with a print run /50.Exact same cards just different players.I contacted Upper Deck via e-mail and they could not provide me any answers so hopefully Beckett can figure it out over time since a few of them have surfaced finally!
