So I followed up yesterday about an affidavit I had to fill out and had not heard anything about it. They said they will be sending it with in a week, so that redemption is filled. Now I noticed another card I have on redemption has been selling on ebay and other sites. Called them right now, and they said they will be sending it out today.
So it looks like you have to be on them about getting things done. But finally after nearly 2 years its looks like I'll have the "old" card sent, which more than likely will not be the card I redeemed, which is perfectly fine with me, as they said they didn't have any. And within a month the new one sent!
