Graded Cards in the Online Price Guide
Does anybody have any idea what the criteria is for a graded card to have an ongoing value published in the online price guide? I used to think it must be volume but I know that's not it because I have cards with only a population of 3 that show up in the price guide and others with many more in the population report that do not show up.
