As I wrapped up my vintage football 67-85 sets I decided to move over to baseball and collect mainly vintage Mickey Mantle or anything else that struck my eye. I think I am off to a good start, but these cards are not cheap, so I am glad this will take awhile to collect upgrade etc...

PICKED UP 4 New Cards In June:


Bought this Online, guys store seemed legit, a piece of wood from his Commerce, Oklahoma (the house had wood replaced by metal siding)

I thought this PSA/DNA slabbed was a steal for 205.00 love this auto!


A couple of 63's in decent shape, both crease free, the base has nice coloring too.


Mainly just corner wear, again the cards are crease free and show great.


The 69 is "OC" low but still has some white on the bottom, both cards have great corners.


58 all star and an swatch with pinstripe slabbed from an "Old Timers" Game


I pulled the tribute, it is #/15! Love both these cards.


A few inserts, some of which will need upgrading.

Nice Mantle pickups! You are right about them starting to get expensive beyond the ones you picked up. That is about where my Mantle PC stopped!

Check 1965 Topps Embossed & 1964 Topps Giants for reasonably priced Mantle cards also.

Haha, my '68 is as OC as yours. And similarly, it is in GREAT shape other than that. They had some serious centering issues back in the day...

They are about 3.25" x 5.25". Nice cards with some great photos.
