Looking for those Guranteed Jersey/ball cards from Vintage sports cards

I am looking for the style pictured. Football only. Don't care about the player. It can be a kicker from the rams. They look like this:

where do you get those? I mean what year and product are they in? Those look sick!

They are at retail stores usually in some guaranteed pack

They came in a box with a bunch of packs of older cards....it was called a value box....I got one at Kmart last year

got this one....think i might be able to find some more of those boxes/packs at kmart....
