were those part of the employees' bonus that they took them from...... every card that is produced should go into packs/boxes... unless they are awaiting an auto, then slap a redemption in the packs... no reason to hold onto jersey/patch cards....... just sayin'

My guess is the cards are from UnSold cases and packs.. When they make a set they prob dont sell every case so when people start asking for redemption replacements they turn to the sets they have the most Unsold boxes from and start to Bust the boxes to use the Cards as replacements..

The reason why a company has cards "left" over is due to the NPN (No Purchase Necessary) cards and because not every case is sold.
