If not, then it did not get to PO. IF you mailed at PO, then the scan should reflect that.
I have had items not scanned so up to the person, but usually, if there is no scan, I notify the PO with the DC # and let them know that the package was not scanned.
Sometimes, they send it to the wrong place and have had scans from all over the US before being delivered, but I follow the scans.
Notify the PO now!
Notify the buyer, let them know and give them options and time frame they are comfortable with. Not their fault, not your fault..but as the seller, you will have give $$ back..

I sent without insurance because it was under $50 so I am assuming I am screwed. Has anyone ever had something just appear out of nowhere after no tracking or am I hoping against hope? Also I will obviously refund the buyer if he doesn't get it but how long should I wait before giving up on them getting it and sending the refund? Any help or advice appreciated. BTW, will be calling the USPS later

I'd prefer just physically going down to the post office and getting them scanned into the system myself. Knowing if something doesn't work right with DC I am automatically out the item and the money its a risk I'd rather not take.

paypal shipping is MUCH cheaper than the post office
