Currently when you go to the "Submit Collectibles" section and click on "Submission Form" it takes you to the rules. Every link referenced in the rules and even the "Continue to Submission Form" button on the bottom do nothing more than take you back to the top of the rules page.

I just tried it and it didn't do anything for me. This should work:

Thanks for the link, I was able to save a copy of the Submission form. I was also able to look at some of the other FAQs links that don't work on the other site.
