Can I send a PSA graded card and get it BGS graded? Is there an extra fee for that? I don't wanna crack the PSA, I don't wanna risk damaging the card lol

What I would do is called "graded card review" with a 8.5 minimum. That means BGS will grade it INSIDE the PSA case. If it is a 8.5 or better, they will crack it and re-slab it BGS. If it is 8.0 or lower, they will return it to us still in the PSA case. $3.00 extra if they have to crack it.
