quick question on grading

quick question on grading
is it actually worth it to send in jersey/patch cards for grading?

i know that with autos if you send in ones and they get a high grade that it ups the value, but for jersey or patch cards that are moderately low serial #'d would it increase the value of them? any info would be really appreciated. once i get some feedback i plan to upload some scans of my most recent melo PC additions to see what you guys think would be worth sending in....

Do you want to keep them or sell them? If they are for your own long-term PC, it would be nice to protect them. If you are looking to turn a profit, grades may make that more difficult. Personally, the only things I get graded are things I do not plan on letting go of, but that is just me.

I appreciate Chicago players that begin competing within the city's sports organizations and stay with these teams throughout their careers.

RE: quick question on grading
i really dont know. i have some (mainly one national treasures custom name "anthony" in jersey /49, a topps finest red x fractor jersey /50) that would score very highly. i may sell them later on, becasue i'm starting to move my jersey cards to get patches or autos because my melo PC is getting bigger.

Graded cards, generally, sell for more than non-graded if they are high end and in demand...I think those you mentioned you could justify grading. And if you decide to keep them, no big deal, you know they are protected.
