Oh Well... Matt Forte could walk on water and the Beas are still gonna stink this year......

No definite QB, A receiving core that is laughable, average at best RB's BUT hey we have a decent defense and the TE position nailed down!

I watched him since he was a rookie, he held out, nobody on the team liked him much, and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing on the field. As a football player, when you generate more attention off the field than on the field, time for you to go. Not to mention his huge fumble deep in Bears territory during the super bowl. Then he sits on the sidelines pouting with his "hurt" knee.

I'm sure he'll get another chance, but if it was me, I wouldn't.

i heard Thomas Jones wanted to leave Chi cuz of him since he wanted to be THE rb for the bears. Benson got his chance and totally blew it.

Benson has always been confusing, in that he doesn't seem to care all that much about what he does on Sunday, but always seems really cocky about it during the other six days of the week. Like when he guaranteed he'd be the starter by week three of his rookie year, or said that the Bears would be "wasting their time" if they brought in competition at running back. Then, he'd go out on the field, miss every block assignment, drop two passes, and get arm-tackled by the towel boy.
Anyway, he's Curtis Enis with an arrest record at this point. He's physically capable of being a serviceable or even good running back, (well, as long as you don't need him to block or catch the ball) but he's just too much of a head-case for that to ever actually happen.

I am sure there is team out there that will take a chance on him, maybe a second stringer at best. His problems arent only the DUI's, but he is horrible on the field, not very good at all.
