with all the instant reply technology how do guys think that they will get away with that. Im sure Harden said something distasteful to him but that was cheap. he should go join the And1 street ball tour, he is a better fit there.

Artest is a punk and should get 25 games (just like Raffi Torres in NHL - similar intent and damage). Although, I have to say, couldn't have happened to a "nicer" guy. -- can you tell I'm NOT a Harden fan!
Guys like this that seem to have trouble constantly (it follows them!) make me wonder - why do they still get jobs in the NBA - are there really no other players available that are equal level. I understand the Kobe, Durant, and others are irreplaceable, but it seems that Artest would be pretty easy to replace. Not a hardcore NBA expert, but JMO that the Lakers don't need a guy like that. Agree with everyone. That kind of crap has no place in sports. It's cheap and dirty. The worst part, to me, is he was trying to argue it was an accident as he was celebrating. At least if you are going to pull a disgraceful act like tht be a man and admit to it and accept the consequences. Don't be a coward and claim innocence.
