Bowman Chrome printing plate question
I know we have had many discussions about why the plates face the direction they do, but now I am confused. Did Topps change the printing process for Chrome? I am finding Bowman Chrome plates going both directions, some looking like a regular card and some reversed. If this had been covered, sorry for repeating.
