I let my subscription lapse as I have been busy with other things. Now, I would like to renew my subscription. I have logged on to the site, and am able to get to the price guide subscription option page, but that's it. I need to enter an address and payment information, and the site will not allow me to do this. When I go to my account there is no option for changes. same with my profile. On the subscription checkout page I click the notice to add the address and billing and get nothing.

I've sent an email requesting help, no response.

Very frustrating. Any advice?

Hello,

On your my account page, there should be a few tabs running along the top of the page.

To update your address you will need to click on the Contact Information tab and click there will be a yellow box saying "No addresses on file. Click here to add an address.". The 'Click Here' text is a link that you can click on, though it may not look like it. Also, you can click on the green + icon at the top right.

To add a credit card to your account, click the Payment Options tab at the top. There will be a yellow box on the page saying "No credit card information on file. Click here to add a credit card to your account.". Again, the 'Click here' is a link that you can click.
